Another low light shot, this time of the Cardiff Millennium Centre. This was the best in-focus shot of a few. It was a little hastily taken as it was drizzling, and a few passing people insisted on running right up to the water feature in several of my attempted shots, so expect to see another one or two attempts in the future. It is for this reason the title includes the Part 1 bit!
